International Recipes

Cuisines of the World

My husband's job took us globetrotting across Japan, Australia, South Korea, the Middle East and, eventually, England. The expat wives community would often get together and have potlucks, coffee mornings or activity circles and a big part of this was sharing food! I got to try dishes from all nooks and crannies of the world, exchange recipes and learn how to make them from the person themselves.

Some of the recipes I've adjusted slightly to suit our family tastes but they remain at most, as authentic as how I was taught!
