Malaysia is a multicultural country with a rich history of immigration. Due to this, our food and recipes are influenced by a variety of cultures that converged to form the Malaysian dishes loved by many. Coming from a mixed heritage family, I grew up eating lots of these “fusion” dishes and this has had an influence on my own cooking style.
