This fragrant Rendang paste contains a blend of over 20 different fresh and ground spices, dried chilli paste, kerisik (toasted coconut paste) and traditional palm sugar for that perfect balance of savoury, spicy and sweet flavours. All you have to do is add your choice of meats, coconut milk and let simmer till the sauce is thick and dry.
